About me

My name is Casey and I am a BACP registered counsellor trained in Person Centred Therapy.

I have a Level 4 Diploma in the Person Centred approach and currently working towards my accreditation.

I follow the BACP’s (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) ethical framework to ensure both you and I are safely working together.

I understand the difficulties life can bring a person and believe that given the right conditions and tools everyone can improve their own wellbeing and reach their full potential. I aim to offer you a caring, supportive and understanding environment to express and explore your thoughts and feelings.

I work with people from all walks of life and embrace the difference and diversity of each individual. I have worked with many different clients experiencing a wide range of issues including loss, bereavement, depression, anxiety, abuse, low self-esteem and relationship problems but have knowledge and experience in many areas.

I feel a strong and equal relationship between client and counsellor is the foundation to good therapy and I hope you experience a supportive, non-judgemental and confidential space to begin your healing journey.

Please feel free to contact me to have a discussion to find out whether you would like to work with me and arrange our first face to face session.
